Strano Golf Academy Policies

*** Lesson Cancellation Policy ***
The Strano Golf Academy strives to provide the hightest levels of golf training to all of our players. Due to increasing demand for golf lessons there is a 24 hour cancellation/no show policy. As a courtesy to other players this policy requires that lesson cancellations must be received more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the training session. If a player cancels or forgets to show up for the session within the 24 hour period, the player will be charged the standard lesson rate. Personal or immediate family emergencies and illnesses will be exempt as well as any discretionary allowances permitted by Director of Instruction Rob Strano. If the academy needs to cancel the appointment there will no charge to the student.

*** Expiration Policy ***
All package lessons are good for one year from purchase with no refunds after 6 months. All remaining lessons after one year will expire as unused. All gift certificates are good for one year from the date of issuance on the form. After that time period they will expire unused.

* Juniors *
All junior golfers and HS players are charged as “Juniors” until they have their first day of class on a college campus or, if they do not attend college, on their 18th birthday.
